How long does the design process take?
Depending on the package, our branding process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from the initial consultation to final file delivery.
What is the difference between a primary and a secondary logo?
Your primary logo is your main brand mark used most frequently. A secondary logo is an alternative arrangement (like a stacked version or simplified mark) used when the primary doesn't fit well.
What files will I receive?
You will receive your final designs in all standard formats: PDF, EPS and SVG for vector/print use, and PNG and JPG for web use.
Do you offer printing services?
We specialize in design, but we prove print-ready files and can recommend high-quality printers or handle the printing process for an additional fee.
What if I need more revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. If you need more, we offer additional revisions at $50 each to ensure you are completely satisfied.
